Thomas Rowe
He may be the same Thomas Rowe (if, indeed, his first name is Thomas) who was purser on
board the Wasp in 1833, which sailed between North America and the West Indies. A purser
named Thomas Rowe was also wounded on board the Pilot in 1815, having been involved with
battles with the French on the Mediterranean. This Rowe joined the Navy on 4 August 1812.
