Paynee

He may be the Paynee who joined the HBC from the Sandwich Islands in 1844 for a two-year contract at Fort Vancouver. This man worked temporarily on the Cadboro in 1846, having been sent ashore in April of that year. Paynee died at Fort Victoria two years later.
